Beyond the price

Why we’d choose
Momentous.

If you’re happy to mix a drink, this jar combines a straightforward serving, a choice of flavors and a longer-lasting supply.

  1. 01

    One scoop, clearly measured.

Each labeled scoop supplies 5 g of creatine monohydrate. Mix a drink instead of chewing five gummies or counting out the capsule serving.

  2. 02

    Flavor without the gummy routine.

Choose Lemon or Watermelon, both sweetened with stevia. The label lists creatine plus three other ingredients, so you can see exactly what goes into your drink.

  3. 03

Sixty servings before the next jar.

One jar holds twice the labeled servings of the gummies and three times those of the capsules compared here.

Why people use it

What creatine can do
for your training.

01

More strength & power

Creatine can improve performance in repeated, high-intensity efforts such as lifting and sprinting.

02

Support for muscle gains

Alongside resistance training, creatine can support gains in lean mass. Early weight gain can also include water.

03

Energy for hard efforts

Creatine helps your muscles replenish ATP, the energy they use for short bursts of demanding exercise.

These benefits come from research on creatine, not trials of these three products. Results vary. NIH overview ↗ Primary trial ↗

Method, sources & limits

The details behind
the dollar signs.

How did you choose the prices?

Momentous $34.99 and NOW $18.99 were regular one-time manufacturer prices. Force Factor $26.22 was a temporary Vitamin Shoppe sale. All were observed September 18, 2026; shipping and tax were excluded.

Where does creatine help most?

The research is strongest for short, repeated high-intensity efforts and resistance training, rather than distance endurance. Similar labeled amounts do not promise equal outcomes across formats or products.

Why does the gummy formula note matter?

The exact Vitamin Shoppe listing tied to the sale price labels 6 g added sugar. Force Factor’s current mixed-berry manufacturer page shows a different formula, so we did not combine facts across variants.

What did you verify about testing?

Momentous’s product page displays the NSF Certified for Sport mark. NSF’s directory lists flavored Momentous creatine packets, but we did not independently match the exact flavored 60-serving jar SKU or any specific lot to that directory. Check the current directory for the product you receive.

Did you test these products?

No. We independently reviewed product pages and labels. We did not buy, handle, lab-test or personally test these products. Label review is not an independent assay.
