Off the Mic Wellness publishes affiliate product guides. If you follow a merchant link and purchase, we may receive a commission. This does not add to your purchase price.

What we record

When you follow an offer link, we record a randomly generated click reference, the product page and version, the time, and a country code when our hosting provider supplies one. Valid campaign, ad-group/ad-set and ad identifiers from Meta or Google may be recorded as unverified URL labels. They do not prove an ad ran or a purchase occurred. We do not record arbitrary query parameters, IP addresses, form answers or health profiles in our application database. Our hosting provider may process technical access logs to operate the service.

The click reference is passed to the merchant or affiliate network so reported commissions can be matched to an outbound click. With advertising consent, we also pass the Facebook click identifier to MaxWeb for the connected Derila offer so purchases can be attributed to ads. Merchant and affiliate-network websites have separate privacy and purchase policies.

Cookies and accounts

Public product guides do not require an account. The private operator console uses an essential session cookie to keep its owner signed in. Only the operator can access imported transcripts, drafts and commission records.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, guide engagement and outbound merchant clicks, and Meta Pixel to measure visits and outbound clicks for advertising. These services can process browser and device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers. A merchant click is not recorded as a purchase. We do not send form answers, email addresses or health details in our event parameters. Google Signals, personalized advertising signals and automatic advanced matching are disabled in our implementation.

Optional tags remain off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Accept enables analytics and advertising measurement; Reject keeps both off. Global Privacy Control disables advertising measurement even if you accept. The banner disappears after either choice. To choose again, clear this site's cookies in your browser settings and reload the page. We remember your choice for up to 180 days. With advertising consent, we keep validated advertising click identifiers for up to 30 days in a first-party cookie and in outbound click records, then remove the identifiers during daily maintenance. Expired identifiers are never used for attribution. Commission accounting is retained separately. Clearing this site's cookies and rejecting on your next visit stops future optional collection; it does not automatically erase data already received by providers.

Retention and contact

We retain click and commission records for business reporting until the publisher removes them. To request access, correction or deletion of a record you can identify, contact the publisher.
